What does the Click & Collect service consist of?
The Click & Collect service allows you to buy your items without a minimum spend, and collect them in the store at Via Carbonari 25, 47521 Cesena (FC)
To take advantage of the C&C shipping option, follow these steps:
1- Choose the desired product and the quantity, then click on “Add to cart”.
2- In the shipping method selection step, select the “Collect in store (Cesena, FC)” option.
Payment Method
You can pay for your Click & Collect order via: Credit Card, PayPal, Advance Bank Transfer, or Voucher.
Your shipment
You can provide your mobile number to track the progress of your order and receive a text message as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
When you go to the store to collect your products, you will need to present an identity document and your order number.
If someone else is picking up your items for you, please make sure they have the following with them:
- an identity document in your name
- an identity document in his/her name
- the order number
NB: The order will be available for 7 days and will be automatically cancelled after this period.
Returns and refunds
You have the option to return/exchange the product received using the Click & Collect option directly at the Jeweler's, upon presentation of your purchase order.
Delivery times depend on the jewelry store's opening hours and days. Casadei Group cannot guarantee same-day confirmation for orders placed less than 2 hours before the store's closing time.
