Standard Shipping

With Standard Shipping, depending on your postcode, your purchases will be delivered within 4 or 5 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays) and will be sent with a trackable shipping service.

You will be able to view your estimated delivery date, based on your postcode, at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

This delivery method is free for all orders over €79.00. For orders equal to or less than €79.00, the cost is €7.90.

After shipping, you'll receive an email with tracking instructions once your order has been picked up by our partner courier in Italy. This email may be sent up to 24 hours before your package is delivered.

Your order will be delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and a signature will be required. We therefore recommend that you ensure someone is present at the selected address to receive the package.

If delivery is not made by the expected date, please contact us the next day so we can check for you.

Fast Delivery

By selecting our Express Delivery service, your purchases will be delivered the next working day, if the order is placed before 12:00 (local time).

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered within 2 working days.

Deliveries are not made during national holidays. If your delivery date falls on a holiday, your order will be delivered the following business day.

The cost of this service is €11.90, regardless of the number of products purchased.

Delivery is trackable and you will receive notifications via email from our Associated Courier .

Once your package ships, we'll send you an email with the details and a link to track its progress.

Deliveries can take place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on the courier, and a signature may be required.

If you're not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, you'll be left a note or receive a message (SMS or email) with instructions on how to arrange another delivery or pick up your order. Therefore, please make sure the mobile number on your account is up to date.

If your order hasn't been delivered by 8:00 PM on the expected date, please contact us the next day so we can check for you.
