Right of withdrawal

Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER examines the characteristics of the goods which are illustrated in the individual product sheets at the time of the CUSTOMER's choice.

Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and before the validation of the order with "payment obligation", the CUSTOMER is informed regarding:

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products.

CUSTOMERS wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify CASADEIGROUP by completing thisform and sending it via email to casadeigioielli@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. As required by the Consumer Code, the goods must be returned in perfect condition and with shipping costs paid by the buyer.

If the CUSTOMER exercises the right of withdrawal, he or she must return the goods within 30 days of notifying CASADEIGROUP of his or her intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The goods must be returned to CASADEIGROUP SRL, Via Carbonari 25, 47521 Cesena (FC) or delivered to any CASADEIGROUP store in Italy.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the CUSTOMER.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.), and complete with the accompanying tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, CASADEIGROUP will refund the price of the returned products within a maximum of 14 days, including any shipping costs.

As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, CASADEIGROUP may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that the goods have been returned to CASADEIGROUP.

CASADEIGROUP will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. If payment was made by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide CASADEIGROUP with their bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) by accessing the Contact Us section. These details are required for CASADEIGROUP to process the refund.

In the event of a return for a purchase made with a gift card or loyalty voucher, the amount will be refunded to the CUSTOMER in the form of a voucher identified by a promotional code that will be sent to the CUSTOMER's email address. Alternatively, in the event of a return made at a point of sale, the amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher delivered to the CUSTOMER.

The voucher will be valid for 2 years and can be used by the CUSTOMER for subsequent purchases in a single transaction.
