Contract: Part Time 21h

The role
Our sales associates are our brand ambassadors and the essential link between our products and our customers. Coached by store management, our sales associates drive the store's success by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge. The store team shapes the look, feel, and atmosphere of their store.

The responsibilities

  • Influence and increase sales in a one-to-one sales environment
  • Achieve and exceed individual and in-store sales goals
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximize sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty - discuss upcoming collection launches
  • Assistance with product deliveries and POS
  • Complete online training modules to develop and thrive as a team member
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and the store by maintaining a stylish and well-presented appearance
  • Store merchandising and maintaining high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment
  • POS system management, financial transaction management including returns and exchanges
  • Always be alert while in store and follow company safety policies and procedures, to keep team and customers safe

The individual

  • Commitment of at least 3 or 4 days a week
  • Work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Excellent communicator to be able to initiate contact and communicate with confidence
  • A positive, "can do" attitude, an individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team
