OPTICS – Regional Manager

Contract: Full Time

A competitive salary, 20% on-target quarterly bonus if sales targets are met

The role
The Regional Manager is responsible for successfully driving sales revenue for all two retail stores in the region. To be considered for this position, you must have extensive retail experience, ideally with multi-site experience. We are looking for a sales and service-focused champion who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working as part of a team. This is a field-based role. You should be comfortable and happy to move across the store portfolio.

What to expect from the role
The Regional Retail Store Manager will build high-performance teams and strategically drive sales and profitability within owned and operated stores, while maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times. Global and local brand standards must be consistently, commercially, and efficiently executed.

Key Responsibilities
Performance and standards

  • Successfully drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and deliver KPIs for the nominated territory
  • Coach and lead store managers and teams to maximize sales and profitability and to deliver high standards of operational execution
  • Lead and deliver best-in-class customer experience, brand initiatives, and operational standards across all stores

Partnership, training and communication

  • Business partner working closely with HR, retail operations, training and merchandising to maximize the potential of people, products and sales
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training team to develop training programs to deliver business results
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store owners and store teams
  • Facilitate face-to-face training/workshops for store teams
  • Ensure all retail communications are shared in a timely manner and in line with group communications standards

Process, analysis and administration

  • Analyze business performance, data, and reporting to identify business opportunities, implement changes, and take corrective actions where appropriate
  • Understand industry standards and benchmarks and seek ideas to ensure Pandora is a market leader in operational and service standards
  • Improve regional inventory loss and accuracy
  • Manage payroll in line with company expectations
  • Provide feedback on products, customers and the local market to the company at large

The chosen candidate

  • Extensive experience in store management within a large organization and a proven track record of successful delivery in a similar multi-site field management role (e.g. Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, District Manager)
  • A customer-centric and service-focused team leader with a goal-oriented and sales-focused mindset
  • A strategic and solutions-focused manager with an excellent understanding of how to successfully achieve retail KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure while showing pace and energy
  • An inspiring leader, coach and mentor with excellent people development skills
  • High level of business acumen and experience with strategic planning
  • Data-driven and experienced with programming, high performance and productivity, inventory optimization, payroll and territory management
