30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
In compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, CASADEIGROUP SRL guarantees you the possibility of withdrawing from the sales contract and returning the goods within 30 calendar days and obtaining a full refund.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must notify us by completing this form and sending it via email to casadeigioielli@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. As required by the Consumer Code, the goods must be returned in perfect condition and with shipping costs paid by the buyer.

After receiving the returned goods and verifying their perfect integrity, CASADEIGROUP SRL will refund the sums paid within 30 days.
HOW TO VALIDLY EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to applicable law and the Conditions of Sale you accepted at the time of purchase, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
1) Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product being returned, this form , correctly completed, must be sent by email to casadeigioielli@gmail.com .
2) Within the same period of thirty (thirty) days from receipt of the "Return Acceptance", it is necessary to deliver the product(s) being returned, together with this form to CASADEIGROUP SRL, at the address:

In case of return of multiple products, they must be returned to CASADEIGROUP SRL in the same
time and/or with the same shipment. It is also necessary that:
a) the product is intact;
b) all tags and labels are unaltered and still attached to the product;
c) the product is returned in its original packaging;
d) the return is accompanied by the form referred to in point 1
Upon legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, CASADEIGROUP SRL will refund the price of the returned product, including the cost of the first shipment, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the aforementioned right.
