The “CASADEI CARD” (hereinafter referred to as the “CARD”) is issued by CASADEIGROUP SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Company) with registered office in Cesena (47521), Via Carbonari 25 and can be used under the conditions and terms indicated below:
1. The CARD is the only means of receiving the reward points offered by the Company. The CARD does not replace a means of payment in any way. It allows the cardholder to access the initiatives and agreements offered by the Company or other partner companies. Issuing the CARD does not, however, obligate the Company to carry out promotional initiatives associated with the card.
2. The CARD is issued – completely free of charge – only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and resident in Italy, upon completion and signing the application form.
3. Using the CARD to participate in each promotional initiative implies acceptance of the initiative's rules. The conditions for participation in individual promotional events are communicated to cardholders either by sending specific rules to their home address or by means of notices available at CASADEI stores.
4. To earn points, you must present your CARD. Failure to present it at the time of payment will prevent points from being credited, even at a later date.
5. The CARD is personal and non-transferable.
6. The cardholder is entitled to only one CARD.
7. In the event of loss or theft of the CARD, the cardholder must immediately notify the Company in writing, which will block its use. Until that time, the Company is in no way responsible for any use of the CARD. The cardholder may request a new card directly at a point of sale.
8. The owner must notify the company of any change of address, telephone number, or email address in writing. All communications sent to the last address provided by the owner are considered fully valid and binding.
9. Promotions reserved for tickets have a duration communicated from time to time at the points of sale. If the card is not used for 12 consecutive months, the Company will have the right to cancel the accumulated points.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel the CARD at any time with 60 days' notice, unless there is just cause, in which case the withdrawal and/or cancellation will take effect immediately.
10. At the end of each promotional initiative, the CARD points not used to request prizes cannot be accumulated with the points of any subsequent promotion.
11. Prizes may be collected within six months of the end of the promotion, as required by law.

CASADEIGROUP SRL pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 06.30.2003, informs that:
a) The mandatory personal information required when requesting the "CASADEI CARD" is: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, address, city, province, and postal code. The following information is optional: email address and mobile number.
b) The personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") provided in this form may be used for purposes related to the issuing and management of the CASADEI CARD. Furthermore, with your consent, the data may be used for operational, commercial, promotional and marketing purposes, for statistics aimed at monitoring customer satisfaction, as well as to forward – via letters, telephone, sending of advertising material, automated systems, etc. – information of a technical/general nature as well as of a commercial/promotional nature regarding the products and services of the CASADEIGROUP SRL companies.
c) Consent "is free and optional and if you do not wish to provide your consent you may still request the CASADEI CARD to access the points collection and related promotional initiatives"
d) For the purposes referred to in the previous b), in addition to the Data Controller referred to in the following paragraph g), the personnel responsible for marketing operations are authorised to carry out Data processing operations.
e) Data processing is carried out using manual, computerized, and electronic tools.
f) The owner and data controller is CASADEIGROUP SRL, with headquarters in Cesena (47521), Via Carbonari 25.
g) As the interested party, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of your data, as well as its updating, rectification, integration, and deletion. You may also object to its processing.
